Wordoid will challenge the speller in you!
In this simple free arcade game for your PC you try to spell as many words as fast as you can. The longer the words, the more points you score. But, beware! Making mistakes costs you points, and as you progress through the game levels, it becomes more and more difficult to complete a word.
Can you make the Wordoid high scores list or will you go insane first? With over 100,000 words in it’s dictionary, Wordoid will keep you entertained for hours!
Playing Wordoid is easy. Just click start play, and begin clicking on the letters in the Playing Field to create words.
The letters are added to your word at the top of the screen (in green). Once you have completed a word, just click the check icon. If the word you spelled is in the Wordoid dictionary, you will score points (more and more for more letters). If it is not, you do not score any points.
Each completed word takes you to the next level, where the letters start getting faster and faster.
If you get stuck, and cannot complete a word, you can choose additional letters from the Pick Letters. The letter you select will be added to the playing list so you can then add it to your word. Note that each Pick Letter costs you 1000 points.
If you make a mistake in your Played Letters, just click on the wrong letter. It will be removed from the word and put back into play… at a cost of 1000 points.
